Description

Past Performance Data Sheet Drawings Request for Quotation (RFQ) The contractor shall provide all of the labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to remove existing carpet squares and install approximately 13,500 SF of carpet squares in five separate rooms and a hallway within the Pentagon. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation will be issued electronically via fbo.gov on or about September 11, 2014. Requests for Information must be made to Earl Anderson in writing at earl.e.anderson51.civ@mail.mil no later than September 16, 2014. Site Visit: September 15, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. Please RSVP and confirm your reservation with Earl Anderson no later than September 12, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. Further instructions will be given concerning the site visit to those who RSVP. No more than two representatives per company will be allowed to attend the site visit. Quotations will be due within one week of the site visit. Not attending the site visit does not prohibit a company from providing a quotation. You are required to maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
