- RED COW FIRE FENCE CONSTRUCTION - ELKO, NV Furnish necessary labor, equipment, supervision, supplies, and transportation (other than those identified as government furnished) to construct approximately 4.5 miles of new barbed wire fence for the Redcow Fire, in the BLM Elko District in accordance with the attached specifications, drawings, maps and all other provisions contained herein. The project is located approximately 60 miles northwest of Elko, NV, in Elko County. See attached Statement of Work and Drawings for complete details. NAICS: 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, Size Standard: $15.0 M, 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Davis Bacon wage rates are applicable and are attached. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Pursuant to 40 U.S.C. 3132, construction contracts greater than $30,000, but not greater than $150,000 will require Payment Protection. See 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections (Section I) for payment protection option.
