- quote mark The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is hereby posting a DRAFT Solicitation for the Program and Systems Support - Small Business (PASS-SB) procurement on behalf of the United States Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) 6.8 Corporate Business Office (CBO). The DRAFT Solicitation, or DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP), is not a formal Solicitation, but is used to gather comments and suggestions from potential offerors prior to the release of the formal Solicitation. The DRAFT RFP is designed to reduce proposal preparation and evaluation time and promote a clearer understanding to industry of the PASS-SB requirements. Please note the following in regards to this DRAFT RFP: This DRAFT RFP only pertains to the PASS-SB program. Any questions or comments relating to the PASS (PASS) program will NOT be addressed at this time. Please refer to W15QKN-14-R-0006 for all updates relating to PASS. No Sample Task is being provided at this time and will only be released with the formal RFP. Only certain attachments are provided at this time. The remaining attachments listed in Section J of the RFP will be released with the formal RFP. quote mark quote mark The Government is only requesting questions, comments and/or suggestions at this time. The information for submitting proposals in Section L of the Draft Solicitation is not applicable as the Government is not requesting proposals at this time. This Special Notice for the Draft Solicitation will be open for questions, comments and/or suggestions until October 11, 2014. In order to post questions, comments and/or suggestions in reference to the Draft Solicitation for PASS-SB, please find the Draft Solicitation box found on the complete view of the Special Notice page which contains a link to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site. The ASFI link contains all the attachments associated with this Special Notice announcing the Draft Solicitation for PASS-SB. In order to post a question, comment and/or suggestion for the PASS-SB Draft Solicitation, click on the Post a New Question link at the bottom of the ASFI page. Vendors will be required to enter their CAGE Code on the next page and will then be able to post their question, comment and/or suggestion on the following page.
