- M6701-14-T-1274-0001 Amendment to extend closing date and time 9-11-14 Amendment M67001-14-T-1274-0001 is issued to extend the closing date and time to Wedensday 17 Septepmber 2014 at 11:00 AM EDST. 9-4-2014 Solicitation M67001-14-T-1294 is issued with a closing date and time of 2:00 PM on 15 Sept 2014 9-2-2014 Synopsis issued The Marine Corps Installations East/ Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST/MCB) Telecommunications Division of the G-6 at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the non-personal support services to provide telephone equipment support for Nortel/Avaya/ Genband equipment located aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, NC and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, NC. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed price contract on an "all or none" basis. The support services shall include Technical Assistance Service (TAS), / Extended Technical Assistance Services (ETAS), Return & Repair Replacement, and Remote Diagnostics, based on the CS-2100 host and remote having 27,503 active ports, one (1) Call Pilot Messaging systems with 192 total ports, and MG9K remote systems at Stone Bay and Wallace Creek. The period of performance shall be for a period of 12 months from 22 September 2014 through 21 September 2015, inclusive. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, effective 25 July 2014 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20140805, effective 05 August 2014. This solicitation is being issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the small business size standard is 11 million dollars. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. The Government intends to award to the quoter that provides the quote that is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). In accordance with FAR 15.101-2 (b)(1), past performance will be not evaluated. Award will be made approximately seven (7) business days after closing of response period. A complete statement of work will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 4 September 2014. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
