- The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determinin whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Golden Gate Networks is the supplier who can provide new HD VTC camera. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517919.
