Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: This is a sources sought announcement only! This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran-owned business, and small business relative to NAICS 621111, size standard $13.5M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide onsite Board Certified Urology Physician Services to beneficiaries of the VA at the Carl Vinson, Dublin VA Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Blvd Dublin, Georgia 31021. The Contractor shall provide 2 key personnel that are credentialed and available for scheduling to meet the requirements of the potential contract in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The contract physician (s)' care shall cover the range of Urology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by: American Urological Association Guidelines: https://www.auanet.org/education/aua-guidelines.cfm The intended contract is anticipated to last 6 months covering Work Hours Monday thru Wednesday 8:00am to 4:30pm; Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Responses to this request shall not be considered a request to be added to any mailing list or to receive a copy of a solicitation. Vendors interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a separate solicitation announcement that shall be published separately.
