Description

Request for Proposal (RFP): VA261-14-R-1274 A00001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit competitive offers. Interested persons may submit offers, and all eligible offers received prior to the response date listed on FBO will be considered by the Government. There is no set-aside requirement for this procurement. The NAICS code is 325412 and the size standard is 750 Employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76. Only emailed requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. Offers are due electronically to gary.basile@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO by 4:30 PM PST. Only electronic offers will be considered. Description of Amendment (A00001) The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date from September 12, 2014 to September 17, 2014 and to notify all prospective offeror's of the changes listed below: 1.IAW FAR 52.212-1(h), Multiple Awards. The Government may accept any item or group of items of an offer, unless the offeror qualifies the offer by specific limitations. Unless otherwise provided in the Schedule, offers may not be submitted for quantities less than those specified. The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered, unless the offeror specifies otherwise in the offer. 2.Please complete the attached "Attachment 2 - Price-Cost Schedule for Estimated Usage - A00001" and the "Price-Cost Schedule - A00001" located within the amendment. 3."Attachment 2 - Price-Cost Schedule for Estimated Usage - A00001" has replaced "Attachment 2 - Price-Cost Schedule for Estimated Usage" issued with the original combined synopsis/solicitation. "Price-Cost Schedule - A00001" has replaced "Price/Cost Schedule-Item Information" located within the original combined synopsis/solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
