Description
11m Target Boat Technical Requirements The Air Force Test Center, Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for (1 EA) 11m Target Boat w/ Trailer IAW Technical Requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items conducted under FAR Subpart 13.5 and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is Request for Quotation number FA2823-14-Q-0055. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336612 with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with the FAR Subpart 13.5, offerors are notified that the award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to the government after consideration of price, technical and delivery aspects of the offer. Requirement: CLIN 0001: (1 EA) 11m Target Boat w/ Trailer Minimum Technical Requirements Attached. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(b)(4), offerors are reminded that as a minimum, offers must show a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. Quoted price should include FOB Destination. Required delivery date is no later than 160 Days ARO. Expedited delivery schedules accepted and encouraged.
