- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO DUN & BRADSTREET, INC TO PROVIDE D&B SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting soliciting from a single in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b) on the basis that the Federal Trade Commission know of no other entity that can provide the required data sets. The FTC intends to issue a contract to Dun & Bradstreet, Inc, 4350 N Fairfax Drive, Suite 650, Arlington, VA 22203 in an effort entitled D&B Subscription Services. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement via email in Microsoft Word format with a file size less than 5MB to Joe Nguyen, via email: tnguyen3@ftc.gov, Subject Line: D&B Subscription Services no later than 5:00 pm Eastern, 17 September, 2014. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award.
