Q and A Amendment 0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ), No. DTFH7014Q00056, being issued by the Western Federal Lands Highway Division's Acquisition Department. This RFQ is for Retro-Commissioning of FHWA Administration building located in Vancouver, Washington. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This RFQ is a Small Business SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code associated with this solicitation is 541350 with an industry size standard of $7.5 Million. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76. A responsible quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. See Clause 52.212-2 below, for evaluation criteria. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
