- Quotes are being solicited and the written number is Quote number is W912L9-14-T-0052 issued as a Request for Quote for a single, firm fixed-price purchase order for the items listed on the attached solicitation. Procurement of Audio/Visual equipment and installation. This is an all or none quote. Delivery will be made to Stout Field, 2002 South Holt Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241, Buildings 1, 2 3 & 9. Delivery date: approximately 60 days from date of contract award. Final inspection and acceptance will be performed by NGIN-IM-J6. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. A site visit is scheduled for 20 August 2014, at 1:00 p.m. EST. This is the only opportunity for a site visit. For informational purposes the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210. The Small Business Standard is $15.0M. This acquisition is set-a-side 100% for Small Businesses. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. This is firm-fixed price procurement and will be procured using commercial items procedures and award selection will be based on technical capability and government requirements. **ALL REQUESTED ITEMS MUST BE BRAND NEW NOT REFURBISED OR USED. The technical expert will evaluate the quotes on the bases of information furnished by the offeror and specifications provided in this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The offeror's quote shall contain the following information: offerors quote number, date, name, address terms of any warranties, price, and discount terms, best delivery date for FOB destination, and acknowledgement of all synopsis/solicitation amendment (if applicable). Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Late offers: will not be considered. The Government will consider the proposed listed items as demonstrating the technical specification capability as compared to the requirements listed in the statement of work. Note: All offerors shall be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) before being considered for award. Information concerning SAMs requirements may be viewed via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov Anyone wanting disks with the AV locations, Maps, Drawings & Specifications must notify BJ Simmons via e-mail at brenda.j.simmons6.mil@mail.mil to arrange pick up or have the disks mailed to your location. There is no guarantee on when you will receive the disks if mailed. THIS AMENDMENT PROVIDES ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS SUBMITTED, AND CLARIFIES OTHER ISSUES.
