Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate and award a contract to procure carpeting for the theater at the VA Bedford, MA located at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730-1114. The contractor shall provide, deliver and install broadloom carpet in Building 78A in accordance with the Statement of Work that will be included with the Request for Quotation (RFQ). This includes removal of all flooring except for the seal in the center of the theater carpet. The Department of Labor Service Contract Act that will be attached to the RFQ will be applicable to the installation portion of the procurement. The solicitation will be released on or about 9/12/2014 as a total small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 314110 with a 500 employee size standard. The FSC/PSC is 7220.
