Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL (Office Code 200) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Motorola Solutions Inc., on an œOther than Full and Open Competition basis, to provide replacement/repair parts and equipment for the Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system which is comprised of all Motorola radios and equipment. No other manufacturer ™s parts are compatible with the Motorola system already in place. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Authority for other than full and open competition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
