- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items supply purchase order for crushed aggregate base course located at Klamath County, Oregon for Ward Road and Ashland - Hayden Fox Summit. The performance period is from date of award through 09/30/2015. The NAICS code is 212319 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
