- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Prepare and clean parking lot and road areas; apply coal tar emulsion sealant; and re-establish existing parking spaces and pavement markings at specified work areas and locations at Nolin River Lake, Kentucky. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to apply asphalt coal tar emulsion sealant to parking lots and re-paint striped parking spaces and other pavement paint markings as described in the specifications below or if no specifications are provided, according to the manufacturer's recommendations and industry standards. Contractor shall provide 2 coats of refined coal tar emulsion sealer with additive and a rubberized or polymer admixture in all areas.
