- Conformed RFQ AMD 01 adds CLINs 0008 and 0009 for support. Please propose against the attached conformed copy. DISA/DITCO has a requirement to purchase Telestream Lightspeed servers and Telestream Vantage software, including video analysis and Vantage Array software with installation and training. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order with evaluation based on the Lowest-Price/Technically-Acceptable offeror.
