- Horn Antenna RFQ DFARS 252.209-7993 The solicitation number is F1S0AQ4176B002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13 as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76, DFARs Current to DPN 20140828 and AFAC 2014-0421. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Air Force Test Center (AFTC) Contracting Directorate, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following Firm Fixed Price supply: Four (4ea) horn antennas for an existing roof antenna system in order to support the new C-Band telemetry spectrum while maintaining support of the L and S Band telemetry spectrum already in use within the existing infrastructure. The horn antenna must support the current L-Band and S-Band telemetry frequencies in use and also support the new C-Band spectrum being used for telemetry, covering a frequency range of 1 - 8 GHz. (4ea) horns are needed to support our test requirements.
