Description

This specials notice is to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to JDI Ventures Inc (dba) Peak Performance Solutions at 3023 Shannon Lakes Drive North Suite 12 Tallahassee, Florida 32309 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one source. The proposed acquisition is to purchase Annual Software Maintenance for NexTest, JDI Ventures Inc (dba) Peak Performance Solutions is the only known distributor of the software maintenance. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to JDI Ventures Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government. Contracting Officer Address: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Quantico, VA 22134.
