- The solicitation number is SPE4A6-14-R-2147 and the PR number is 0054882843 and the NSN is 5995-01-461-7541. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract with no quantity option. This NSN is not critical application, CSI or commercial. This item has a Higher Level Contract Quality requirement and Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) applies. Required quantity is 15,828. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery requirement for the production units is 191 days AFFO, 60 days for Gov't Review/Notification to Contractor and 120 days for the Contractor FAT completion for a total delivery of 371 days DRO. FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin for the production items and FOB Destination Inspection Origin/Acceptance Destination for the FAT items. Effective December 12, 2012, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, prospective suppliers are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, except for the exceptions cited at FAR 4.1102(a). Annual updates to your registration will be required. Prospective contractors can complete electronic annual representations and certifications at https://www.acquisition.gov. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
