NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to Spacesaver Storage Systems,INC., to install additional racks to store weapons and optics. UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 (a) (iii) Contractor: Spacesaver Storage Systems, INC. Contractor Address: 1450 Janesvile Avenue, For Atkinson, Wisconsin 53538 Award Amount: Not expected to exceed $10,000.00 The Government hereby issues its notice of intent to sole source to: Spacesaver Storage Systems,INC. for the Installation of additional racks to store weapons and optics This Notice of Sole Source Award is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The award date will be 17 September 2014.
