- Oneonta FAR Clauses ETR Terms and Conditions W-9 Form Vendor Acknowledgement Form ON-15-OJCA Elevator Maintenance Services RFQ and Scope of Work "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Thank you for expressing interest in providing Center Elevator Maintenance Services for the Oneonta Job Corps Academy. Services to be provided are outlined in the attached Scope of Work. All bids must be returned (fax bids will not be accepted) and received no later than 4:00 pm, 20 th October 2014 (Government Funding out clause for any potential or future agreement) In the event the Government terminates a Center's prime contract with ETR for any reason during the base term or option period of the agreement and Government funds are no longer available to support this contract, ETR shall (in writing) notify the vendor company of such occurrence, and provide evidence of such same occurrence and the contract shall terminate on the same day as the unavailability of funds to support this Agreement or prime contract termination. In the event of such termination, ETR and the Oneonta Job Corps Center operated by ETR under the agreement shall terminate without penalty.
