Description

The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZTOA, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for two (2) Tacnet Tactical Radios to Rockwell Collins under the authority of FAR 13. 106-1 (b)(1). Anticipated award date is 24 September 2014. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: TACR-l 6DL, TacNet Tactical Radio. Firm Fixed Price. P/N: 822-3002-002 (2 EA) These items must be delivered to: 96 TW LMCA MHU, Bldg 33. Eglin AFB, FL 32542, no later than 4 May 2015 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334220, small business size standard: 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received within l 0 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
