- Slacks jacket with USAF logo Navy polo with USAF logo Questions and Answers. Can you send us an artwork file for logo e5976? We are not familiar with this logo. Yes see attachments. Picture attached of a polo with the USAF logo on it for specifics to include the design, size and placement 2. Do you require this order to e delivered all in one shipment, or can the pants and shorts arrive separately from the embroidered items? If they can come separately it will save on freight, as we won't have to consolidate everything here. Separate shipments will be okay, vendors need to give the date in which you all items will be received in your ship after ARO date on your quote..3. It appears that the polos you have been getting, based on the specifications, are the Gildan 3800 (a.k.a. G380) short sleeve, and the Gildan 3400 (a.k.a. G340) long sleeve. Unfortunately the long sleeve version has been discontinued, and we're going to have to find something else. a. I assume it is important to make sure that whatever you get going forward, the long sleeve and the short sleeve versions match, correct? If so, this means new styles for both, and there may be some differences between the new styles and the product you currently have on hand. They should match as closely as possible. b. Do you want to stick with 100% cotton? It does not have to be 100% cotton, a blend could work, the Govt will look at all fabric samples for fabric and color approval prior to contract award.
