- J&A FOR REDACTED PR 0049666515, for NSN 1560-01-417-6911, The Boeing Company, CAGE76301, P/N 75A180220-1001, SPAR, Aircraft. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Configuration Control applies. This is an Critical Item. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantities of 4 each. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery180 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receivean award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offers must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). The issue date is on or around 07/28/14 and the closing date is on or around 08/14/14.
