- Industry Day Survey Industry Day Q&As Updated DRAFT RFP Sections H, L, & M with Scenarios The following items have been posted: 1) Updated DRAFT RFP Sections H, L, & M with Scenarios 2) Industry Day Q&As 3) Industry Day Survey Other Information: 1) The Government expects to have the Labor categories/descriptions out this week for Industry input. 2) The scenarios have been included in the updated DRAFT RFP. The Government may alter how much of the scenario that offerors will propose on. 3) The labor rates proposed in the pricing are the offeror's CONUS hour and daily rates. At the T/O Level, the DoS differentials will be applied specific to the location. 4) The Government expects to have the PWS Appendix D (T/O Process) out this week for Industry input. Government Questions to Industry: 1) With the responses from Industry Day, the Government is thinking of having the Small Business Subcontracting requirement between35-40%. Is this a realistic number? 2) How many pages do you recommend for your technical proposal? How many pages do you recommend for the scenarios? 3) What are your thoughts on the scenarios provided? Please provide input on the posted scenarios. Reminders: 1) Please submit questions to the org box. Official Government answers will only be given to the questions submitted. 2) For those companies that plan to propose on both, please be aware of the differences in the solicitation (scenarios, past performance relevancy, labor categories/descriptions and associated pricing information). Please submit your inputs to the org box by 1400 EDT 17 September 2014.
