- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk VA, 23511 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract for spring water supply including dispenser lease, cups, and delivery schedule located at Naval District Washington Naval Postal Operations, Washington DC 20373. The spring water will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 “ Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated period of performance for delivery is 12 month base period that will commence on 01 October 2014 and end on 30 September 2015. Four one-year option periods will be incorporated thereafter. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 312112 “ Bottled Water Manufacturing.
