THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY WITH RESCARE Inc. Scope of Work: Deficiency 91183 Female Dormitory- Remove the deteriorated stucco and install the new stucco finish to match the existing non deteriorated stucco on the existing walls. Prepare the existing walls to receive the new stucco finish (approximately 2,500 sf in three (3 locations total) Remove the existing metal edge flashing and install the new metal edge flashing (approximately 120 LF)on the all raised dome roofs and wall intersections. The new metal edge flashing shall match the color of the existing metal edge flashing. Prime, paint and seal (as required) all new stucco to match the building color. The entire gable end wall shall be painted to match the existing stucco. Inspect the window caulking and replace the caulking as necessary. Remove all old caulking completely before replacing new caulking (approximately 300 LF of window caulking) Scope of Work: Deficiency 91182 Male Dormitory-Remove the deteriorated stucco and install the new stucco finish to match the existing non-deteriorated stucco on the existing walls. Prepare the existing walls to receive the new stucco finish (approximately 3,200 SF in four (4 locations-total). Remove the existing metal edge flashing and install the new metal edge flashing approximately 180 LF) on all the raised dome roofs and wall intersections. The new metal edge flashing shall match the color of the existing metal edge flashing. Prime, paint, and seal (as required) all new stucco to match building color. The entire gable end wall shall be painted to match the existing stucco. Inspect the window caulking and replace the caulking as necessary. Remove all old caulking completely before replacing new caulking (approximetely 500 LF of window caulking. Specific Requirement: Prior to submitting a bid, the prospective bidder must visit the site and become familiar with all pertinent condition that are included in the full scope of work. The prospective bidder must take steps as may be necessary to ascertain the nature and condition of the work, and the general and local conditions which can affect the difficulty of cost of successfully performing the work. A Pre-Bid Walk Thru will be conducted at the project site on Tuesday-September 23, 2014 at 2:00 PM. Bid packages will be given out at that time. Please be prompt.
