Description

STATEMENT OF WORK Title: Purchase Agreement for 2 ea HEPACART contamination control carts 1.Scope: Philadelphia VAMC (PVAMC) will contract for two each HC74U-I two person heavy duty HEPACARTs, with side entry for containment and filtration. Includes negative air machine / HEPA Filter certification and electrical package as well as standard curtain to 10 ft. with pass thru slips (2) PVAMC will purchase two HC74U-L carts to remain at the PVAMC at the conclusion of our Wi-Fi install project. 2.Background & Future Needs: These carts are needed to assist in ensuring cables are installed with minimal dust and debris in areas where infection control has deemed tenting is necessary to keep the environment dust free. i.e., SPD, OR rooms, patient living areas, etc. Training: The contractor will not be required to train in the use of the carts once delivered. 3.Type of Contract: A firm-fixed-price agreement to provide services as requested for the time specified is preferred. 4.The Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. section 552a) is incorporated by reference.
