The Employee Benefit Security Administration (EBSA) requests to purchase, install and configure additional Cisco VTC equipment to support the increased demand on video-based teleconferencing requirements. EBSA plans to procure an additional endpoint for each field office, along with additional conference room support in the National Office. The main purpose of this purchase is to meet the increasing demand of video teleconferencing throughout the EBSA. EBSA has used VTC for teleconferencing for a few years, and has worked directly with OASAM to ensure integration with the Digital Platform. These configured mobile carts will allow internal meetings to take place with a great focus on video. D- Packaging and Marking New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. Items must be in original packaging, never used, and not altered in any way. Components of the requested equipment, to include memory, must be manufacturer-approved and may not be compatible, remanufactured, or refurbished equipment.
