- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for Dining Hall Attendant and Cook and Prep Worker services at the 177FW NJANG Base, 400 Langley Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. Services required approximately 8 hours per day. Contractor shall provide an adequate amount of worker personnel and supervisors to accomplish the work as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). Please note dates listed in the SOW are subject to change. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code that applies is 722310 and business size is $35.5 Million. The contract period shall be Oct 2014 - Sep 2015 plus (2) option years. Statement of Work and checklist are attached and contain mandatory specifications pertaining to work to be performed, contractor personnel attire and conduct, security requirements, etc. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the most advantageous to the Government. You will not be granted access to the base if we do not have your site visit form on file. Please arrive at the base main gate NLT 0950hrs on, EST, in order to be escorted to the meeting location. No additional information will be provided if you do not attend the meeting.
