- W912ES-14-T-0154 Scope of Work (SOW) W912ES-14-T-0154 SF1442 RFQ/Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting quotes to Purchase, Deliver and Install New Commercial Water Softener in Pump House at U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Winnibigoshish Recreation Area Campground, located on Mississippi River Northwest of Deer River, Minnesota in Itasca County. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with the attached specifications and according to state, federal and local laws and regulations. All work materials and services not expressly called for in the specifications or shown on the drawings but which are necessary for completion of the contract requirements shall be performed and furnished by the Contractor at no increase in cost to the Government. The contractor shall deliver the new water softener (Water Control Corporation, Model LF-150) or equal in to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Winni Campground at 56787 County Road 9, Deer River, MN 56636, and install it in the Winni Campground's pump house. Please read the enclosed Scope of Work carefully. The wage determination is included in the back of the solicitation. This solicitation #W912ES-14-T-0154 is issued as 100% small business (SB) set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Line Item 001A1 of Section B, Bid Schedule is for the cost of the new Water Softener. Line Item 001A2 is for the cost to install the new water softener, then the Grand Total Line Item. Please return Section B, Bid Schedule as your quote. Line Item 0001 of the solicitation #W912ES-14-T-0154 is for the total cost of the new water softener and installation of the water softener. This project must be completed by 31 October 2014. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $14.0 million. Offeror must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management), including the Representation and Certifications section, prior to award. The SAM website is located at http://www.acquisition.gov. There is no charge to register in SAM. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
