- Description
- The work to be performed under this project is located at Facility 62980 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The work consists of providing the labor, equipment, and materials to demolish the existing constant volume chilled water air handling units and pad mounted 70 ton air cooled chiller serving the high bay and two story office areas of facility 62980. Renovation to include replacement of the two high bay chilled water AHUs mounted on the exterior with new exterior pad mounted constant volume packaged units with new air distribution to the high bay space. Modifications shall also include renovating the chilled water AHU serving the two story office spaces with a new constant volume DX split system with air handling unit mounted in existing mechanical room and condensing unit being pad mounted to the exterior in place of air cooled chiller. To include all new digital controls and mounting hardware as indicated on plans.
