Description

RFQ and Limited Sources Doc Clause Matrix The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Ciscio equipment for the Network Lab. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519- OTHER COMPUTER RELATED SERVICES. The Small Business Size Standard is $27,500,000.00. This is a brand name requirement only. A Limited Sources Documentation is attached and on file. This solicitation number DJD-14-Q-0129 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and attached is the complete RFQ list. This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2005-76. This acquisition incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov. The Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the responsive, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotations must be received by September 18, 2014 at 5:00pm Eastern Time. The government intends to procure these services in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items procedures. The RFQ will only be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFQ and all attachments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FBO for the release of any amendments. All quotes shall be submitted electronically to Amanda.jones2@usdoj.gov. No late submissions will be accepted.
