Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Air Combat Electronics Program Office (PMA-209), intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced delivery order to Rockwell Collins under delivery order N00019-11-C-0018. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." No solicitation will be posted for this requirement i n accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a) (13)(1), exceptions to publicizing contract actions. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation to the Government Point of Contact (POC) which will be considered by the agency.
