- FA5422-14-Q-1003 Large Area Maintenance Shelters Clauses Specifications Combined Synopsis/Solicitation For Large Area Maintenance Shelters (LAMS) 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be awarded under Subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation FA5422-14-Q-1003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a proposal. 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333999 -All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award. 3. FAR Clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. See Attachment #2 for FAR clause 52.212-3 for Representations and Certifications. For the exact text and wording of clauses and provisions please see http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order contract resulting from this solicitation. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. 4. Description of items: The purpose of this effort is to provide the following items to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa. Please refer to Attachment 1 for full specifications. 0001- Large Area Maintenance Shelter NSN 5410-01-533-7395 or equivalent- 4 Each 0002- Shipping (including shipping crate) for CLIN 0001- 1 Lot This combined synopsis & solicitation notice is a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, all capability statements or quotations received prior to the RFQ close date will be considered. 5. Delivery: Offerors must deliver NLT 35 days at FOB Destination. Deliver to: Central Receiving Point (CRP) Supply Support Activity (SSA), Bldg 704 Mark For: 726 EABS/CONS FB5807 ATTN: Contracting Officer Camp Lemonnier, US Navy 6. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Offerors' proposals MUST be valid for 120 days after issuance of this solicitation. Upon availability of funds, the Government will award a single purchase Large Area Maintenance Shelters RFQ FA5422-14-Q-1003 Page 2 of 2 order contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value in terms of lowest price technically acceptable. 7. Administration and Payment: the resulting purchase order will be administered and paid by: DFAS Europe Operating Location (F78900) Unit 23122 APO, AE 09054 DFAS-LI-FPC1@DFAS.MIL FAR clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) applies. FAR clause 52.232-34-Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Other Than System for Award Management (Jul 2013) applies. FAR clause 52.232-35 Designation of Office for Government Receipt of Electronic Funds Transfer Information (Jul 2013) applies. The Contractor shall send all EFT information and any changes to EFT information to the office designated below. The Contractor shall not send EFT information to the payment office, or any other office than the designated office listed below.
