Description
The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1)There was an error with the requested model for CLIN 0005. Please substitute with a Markbass Little mark Tube Bass Amp Head, specifications are as follows: a.1 1/4 quote mark input b.1 XLR or 1/4 quote mark input c.300W RMS @ 8 ohms, 500W RMS @ 4 ohms d.Gain controls for each input e.Master Volume f.Line Out Level g.Ground Lift switch (rear) h.Pre/Post EQ switch (rear) i.Mute Knob j.Low, Mid, High EQ k.Variable Preshape Filter l.Vintage Loudspeaker Emulator 2)As for CLIN 0009: Lacquer finish All changes requested herein are done so with the approval of the end user. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Please see below for details. This amendment does not extend the due date for proposals. W911SG-14-T-9205 Band Instruments This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911SG-14-T-9205 and is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The Band Instruments must be provided by a single vendor. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59 dated 10 May 2012. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339992 Musical Instruments with a corresponding Small Business Size standard of 500 employees. Offerors shall submit by e-mail: (1)A complete proposal and the following: It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that the Government has accurate specifications for each product you propose. The Government requires that you include detailed specification information showing that you are able to meet the requirement. The Government also requires that you provide a manufacturer's specification sheet for any product you propose. Your bid will not be considered if you do not include detailed specification information and manufacturer's specification sheets with your bid. The Government will consider only information provided in your bid and attached documentation. If you do not provide adequate information for the Government to determine whether you have met its requirements, the Government will not make an attempt to locate additional information about the product you propose. (2)Timeframe for delivery. Failure to provide items mentioned above will cause an offerors proposal to be deemed nonresponsive. All questions are due no later than 16 September 2014, 11:00 a.m. MST. Proposals are due by 18 September 2014, 01:00 p.m. MST and must be emailed to israel.gutierrez1.civ@mail.mil. **Offers will be evaluated in accordance with 52.212-2 Evaluation - - Commercial Items (a) The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) proposal with acceptable past performance. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical capability of the items to meet the Government requirement; (2) Price; (3) Past Performance. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
