- General Instructions Safety Checklist SOP SOW (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, NB194000-14-03833 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. (iv) This solicitation is FULL AND OPEN with the NAICS Code 811310 with a size standard of $7.5M. (v) The following contract line item number(s) (CLIN) and items, quantities and units of measure for this requirement are as follows: CLIN 0001: Provide Preventive Maintenance on the following NIST Equipment: -One (1) Caterpillar 950K Wheel Loader -One (1) International WorkStar Dump Truck -One (1) Kubota B2650 Tractor -Seven (7) Kubota RTV 1000s -One (1) Bobcat A300 Quantity: 12 Unit of Issue: MO CLIN 0002: Provide Labor, Material, and Equipment to perform authorized repairs/replacement services for the NIST Equipment. Quantity: 12 Unit of Issue: MO (vi) See attached: Statement of Work (vii) Place of Performance: Department of Commerce National Institute of Standards and Technology 325 Broadway Boulder, CO 80305-3328 (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
