- The GTMO solicitation was released on 10 September 2014 as a combined synopsis/solicitation. For administrative purposes the presolicitation notice and the 10 September RFP notice have been combined into this single notice. Attachment 2, Rate and Pricing Schedule is replaced in its entirety with Att. 2 Revision 1. Please note the estimated volume changes for POV processing and certain single factor and bi-factor rates.
