- Description THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a SOLE SOURCE for Computer Aided Dispatch Interface for Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. This requirement is commercial in nature. Emergency Reporting CAD Interface Software allows for more efficient emergency reporting, up to 39 percent. Interface reports information in real time or at the end of the emergency call. Configures and uploads emergency call information directly to Ft. Sill's account. The interface also allows user to Review call-taker comments, Auto-populates personnel from daily roster per call, improves staff productivity and data integrity resulting in less human error. Emergency Reporting Interface will be added to an existing proprietary CAD system at Ft. Sill. This requirement shall be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210, size standard $38.5 million. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within ten (5) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
