- Layout of rooms with computer and screen locations along with dimensions of the space. Notice of Site Visit Project: AFCLC Sound System Installation Requirement Location: Bldg 1405, Rooms 232, 171B & 146 Date/Time: Friday, 19 Sep, 2014 @ 0930 CDT (0900 at Visitor Center if base access is required) Vendors who require base access must contact the below POC via E-mail by 17 Sep 2014 @ 1600 CDT. Base access requirements include the following: - Name and full Social Security Number (E-mailed) - Drivers License or authorized Photo ID (in hand) - Vehicle License and proof of current insurance (in hand if driving) Scope: This fully funded requirement is for independent sound systems to be installed in three separate academic/conference areas for the Air Force Culture and Language Center. The location of these sound systems will be in building 1405, rooms 232, 171B and 146, Muir S. Fairchild Research Institute, Maxwell AFB, AL. The sound systems will support academic programs and administrative conferences. The vendor shall engineer, furnish, install, and test (EFI&T) fully functional sound system equipment in all three class/conference rooms. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
