- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Discharge Monitoring System and Charge Calibrator for the Bonneville Dam to be delivered to the Bonneville Lock and Dam in Cascade, Locks, OR. The specification for the equipment is denoted in the solicitation. The Government intends on awarding without discussions a onetime simplified acquisition purchase to the offeror who is technically acceptable and has the lowest price. There are no option items and no option years for this purchase. This requirement is a total Small Business set aside. All capable Small Business businesses are encouraged to submit an offer for this requirement.
