- Description
- The SAO (Service Area Office) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-3 with Baker Risk, 3330 Oakwell Court, Suite100,San Antonio,TX, 78218 to design, fabricate, train and install a small scale shock tube that will utilized for VA research studies. This requirement is for the Bronx VAMC and Baker Risk is the only company capable of providing these services due to due to their expertise with developing this type of equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide services must notify this Contracting Officer at Bridget.Kornish@va.gov NLT Wednesday September 24, 2014 by Noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
