Description

On Time Generator Timing Board, eight (8) Units The Philadelphia Office of the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department intends to procure eight (8) On Time Generator Timing Boards for the U.S. Naval Observatory. USNO must meet GPSIII requirements of less than 1ns coordination to on-time. LH enterprises is considered to be only the responsibility source capable of providing the On Time Generator Board requireed U.S. Naval Observatory. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), as the required products are peculiar to one manufacturer, Juniper Networks J-Care Core Plus support is being procured on a sole source basis utilizing FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures as supplemented by the procedures of FAR Part 12. The award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order(s) is anticipated. The applicable Federal Supply Code (FSC) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code are 7045 and 334614, respectively. This is not a request for competitive quotations. REQUIREMENT: 1. Eight (8) On Time Generator Board (OTG-Timing) 2. Each board contains the following: a. External digital control b. Four (4) Inputs 100 MHz c. One (1) Calibrated 1pps output signal d. One (1) 1pps input to synch unit to external 1pps signal e. Four (4) 1pps outputs individually calibrated to the core 1pps on-time f. One (1) IRIG-B127 output line up with the main on-time point g. One (1) input test port to be used when calibrating cable delays h. SMA connectors * See attached requirements specification
