- AMENDMENT NOTICE:This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is F6UGDT4148A001 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-76. The National Guard - Florida requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: 55" slim bezel Samsung UD55C LED TV or equal. Must have the following salient characteristics: 55", television must be a professional-grade device, as it will be on nearly 24/7, 365 Video input must have at least 1 HDMI or DVI; digital inputs only as the KVM switches we use will not accept an analog video input. Must NOT have WIFI or Internet Capability Delivery to: 125FW/Command Post, Jacksonville, FL 32218, 4, EA; LI 002: 29" ASUS Monitors PB298Q or equal. Must have the following salient characteristics: 29 inch ultra-wide computer monitors, with an aspect ratio of 21:9, screen resolution of 2,560 X 1,080, and a contrast ratio of at least 80,000,000:1. Integrated speakers. The only requirement for video input is that the inputs are on the monitor, itself, and not on the stand. We need to be able to remove the stand and use monitor mounts to mitigate the foot-print on the desk. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Florida intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Florida is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
