Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 502nd Contracting Squadron, 2250 Engineer Street, Ste# 1, San Antonio, Texas 78234-7740, is issuing RFQ 0010476666, and this document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76, effective 25 Aug 2014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 511210, Software Publishers; with a size standard of $38,5000,000. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being solicited as a Brand Name in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), for NetAdvantage Ultimate 2013; see attached redacted brand name justification. The Government intends to award one base year Firm Fixed-Price contract in support of the Army Medical Department Center and School (AMEDDC&S).
