Description

Provide hazardous, non-hazardous, dual, lab-pack, and universal waste transport and disposal services of the wastes from the Veteran Affairs (VA) Black Hills Health Care System (BHHCS). The Contractor shall provide transport and disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, dual, lab pack, and universal waste in accordance with current federal, state, local, municipal, and VA, laws, regulations and requirements. Services shall include all labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, travel, transportation, disposal, documentation and support services required to categorize, package, transport, dispose and document the wastes covered in this contract. The Contractor must possess the necessary technical expertise, resources, and work processes and procedures required to fully perform all tasks within the PWS.
