- Description
- Justification & Approval 35th Contracting Office at Misawa AB, Japan, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), ADB Airfield Solutions for Airfield Lighting Control Monitoring System (ALCMS) Upgrade. The resulting contract will be for a single acquisition of the service. No solicitation will be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers or proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of offers or proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
