- Requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-14-Q-0536 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, Defense Circular Number 20140919, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2014-0421. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 811310 with a size standard of $7.0M. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - 1 Ea. - Haskel pump model #26968 needs full disassembly, cleaning and evaluation of all components including the Haskel Seal Kit, Haskel check Valve Kit, Air Drive Seal Kit, Air Valve Seal Kit, and Pilot Switch Seal Kit. It also needs replacement of all soft seals, springs, and stems. Anything else needed to restore the unit to operate as designed and to the current revision. CLIN 0002 - 1 Ea. - Haskel pump model #27187 needs full disassembly, cleaning and evaluation of all components, replacement of soft seals, springs and stems and any other part(s) needed to restore the unit to operate as designed and to the current revision. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
