- The Defense Health Agency Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Bethesda, Contract Operations Division, National Capital Region, Bethesda, MD on behalf of Joint Pathology Center intends to award a sole source procurement to Scottech Integrated Solutions for Maintenance Service Contract for Vertical Lift Module System. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541512 and the standard size is $25,500,000.00. The Vertical Lift Module System contract action is for maintenance services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
