- Additional Questions and Answers Announcement is modified to attach additional questions and answers. The question and answer period is now closed. Announcement is modified to attach Solicitation Amendment 0001, which incorporates changes to the Statement of Work and to add the Questions and Answers from the 9/16/14 job walk as an attachment. Interested vendors are advised to check both attachments before submitting their quote package. Announcement is modified to add information regarding a job walk if necessary for interested vendors. The job walk is available to assist vendors with accurate quoting, but is not required. The job walk for this solicitation will be on Tuesday September 16, 2014 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Vendors interested in participating in the job walk must RSVP by Monday September 15, 2014 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time to casie.marriage@navy.mil. RSVP must include the company name, cage code, and the names of all personnel attending. RSVP must also include whether the vendor's representatives have base access via Rapid Gate or other means, or whether an access request is necessary. Further instructions will be provided to respondents. This is a solicitation for commercial services, utilizing FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. The solicitation number is N63394-14-T-0127 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-76. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5 million. This requirement is a small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price contract for the following requirement: 0001 - Access Control System Installation and Integration in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) (contained within the attached solicitation). Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery FOB destination, Port Hueneme, CA 93043-4711. Bid must be good for a minimum of 60 calendar days after close of buy. Terms are Net 30. In addition to price, responses shall include the following: 1. Company Cage Code 2. Tax ID# 3. Lead time or Period of Performance 4. Is this item/service on a GSA Contract Schedule? If so, please advise the GSA Contract number and its expiration date. 5. Does your company accept Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for electronic invoicing? WAWF is the DoD mandated of invoicing for Government orders. To register for WAWF, please go to the web site at https://wawf.eb.mil Section K herein will be incorporated by reference and made a material part of the contract in accordance with FAR 15.204-1(b). To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The link to the website is https://www.sam.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in portable document format (.pdf) by email to the Primary Point of Contact (POC) identified in this solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC PHD by the closing date.
